The BDS 3" Coilover Suspension Kit transforms your 2020+ Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD/3500HD with precision-engineered performance. Featuring FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks, this system delivers responsive handling and consistent ride quality across varied terrain. The three-inch lift increases ground clearance and enables 35" tire fitment while maintaining proper geometry. Reinforced upper and lower control arms provide structural integrity under demanding conditions. Designed specifically for heavy-duty applications, this kit combines technical sophistication with practical durability for serious truck enthusiasts.

This kit takes principles on BDS's engineering standard for improved ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front, the kit utilizes FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks, heavy-duty tubular upper control arms, fully boxed and gusseted lower control arms, and multipiece differential relocation brackets to maintain correct CV angles. These combined with the provided sway bar links, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for whatever you throw at it.In the rear BDS offers replacement lift blocks to lift and level that stance. The lift block installs in place of the stock block and retains ride quality and load capacity. Also for the rear is a u-bolt flip kit for max clearance and precision-tuned Performance Elite Series 2.5” shocks for ultimate off road performance.

FOX 2.5 Coil-Overs
FOX Performance Elite 2.5 coil-overs offer next level performance for on-road comfort and off-road comfort capability. Tuned and ready to install right out of the box, these bolt-on 2.5-inch diameter coil-overs are built for abuse and packed with race-proven technology. They include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to keep your shocks running cool so you can push the limits in the
rough terrain.

DSC Adjustment
FOX Performance Elite 2.5 coil-overs come standard with DSC (dual speed compression) adjustment to tune the high-speed and low-speed compression damping allowing for added control on-road
with the ability to easily dial in more aggressive damping offroad. Tuning is a simple twist of the two clearly defined knobs with immediate feedback to dial it in for any terrain.

HD Control Arms
Built for strength, performance and increased travel, these control arms are ready to bolt-in. The upper arms use 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct the
ball joint positioning allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. The new lower control arms are built from high strength steel, fully boxed with internally gusseted. At the frame mounting
ends are durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation while at the other end a quality greaseable ball joints for smooth, quiet operation and superior durability. Arms are
finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap ready for installation right out of the box.
