MUDTAMER uses the highest quality, Australian Made, TPE in all of their floor mats.

TPE, or Thermoplastic Elastomers, is a material that blends the properties of both rubber and plastic, bringing with it a whole range of benefits. TPE has an unmatched ability to stretch out and then once shaped, remember and hold that shape for years to come. If it was to warp or bend out of shape for any reason, once heated up again, even just in the sun, it will return back to the shape that we have moulded it in.

6 Points of Contact

  • Full Sill Coverage 

    Thanks to their deep dish design, MUDTAMER floor mats come right up and over the sill. This ensures that anything spilt or caught on your mats runs straight out the door. The design also prevents movement without the need for additional clips to those already OEM in most vehicles.

    Deep Cockpit & Footwell Protection 

    Not only does the full front of the cockpit cover work to keep anything that falls off your feet onto the mats contained - it is also an important safety feature. The mat extends up past your pedals to prevent any accelerator locking while you're driving.

    Transmission Tunnel 

    Running high up along the side of your transmission tunnel keeps our mats in contact with your vehicle while being a key component of our deep dish design. This high rise side ensures anything spilt doesn't reach the carpet along the transmission tunnel or under your MUDTAMER mat and prevents wearing through.

  • 'A' Pillar

    'A' pillar coverage is an important part of our 6 points of contact. It works to prevent movement while ensuring the deep dish coverage between the sill and footwell is complete. Too many other mats on the market have gaps in this area which leaves a large area of the carpet exposed and leaves the pillar prone to being scuffed.

    Full Floor Pan Contact 

    Thanks to our meticulous 3D scanning, our mats are not generic. Each model has been carefully scanned to ensure that the entire floor plan follows any contours and shapes of the floor. It is also home to our fitting clips which work with the vehicle's existing OEM clips.

    Under the Seat Rail

    Every time we add a new model to our range, we make sure you're getting a product that fits your vehicle with ease. By 3D scanning, we can be extremely specific with fitment, even down to the OEM retention clips so they can be installed without issue every time.
