TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

McCormacks 4WD - Brisbane 4x4 Show Giveaway 2026

1. Promoter 

The Promoter is RPM AUTO SHOP PTY LTD, trading as McCormacks 4WD ABN 35 633 758 157, of 111 Rainbow Street, Sandgate, Queensland, 4017, Australia ("Promoter"). 

This promotion is conducted in collaboration with the following affiliate partners: 

• Maxtrax (MAXTRAX AUSTRALIA TRADING PTY LTD - ABN 55 661 271 058) 
• Airbag Man (CLAMP INDUSTRIES PTY. LTD - ABN 78 071 834 145) 
• RV Storage Solutions (RV TRADE AND FLEET PTY. LTD – ABN 53 603 783 740) 
• Lightforce (LIGHTFORCE AUSTRALIA PTY. LIMITED - ABN 54 069 439 774)
• Manta Performance Exhaust (The trustee for D N L Family Trust & The trustee for The John Draffin Family Trust - ABN 48 936 931 642) 
• Boss Aluminium (BOSS ALUMINIUM PTY LTD – ABN 49 106 045 158) 
• Clearview Accessories (CLEARVIEW TOWING MIRRORS PTY. LTD – ABN 59 140 145 393) 

(collectively referred to as “Affiliate Partners”). 

2. Eligibility 

1. Entry is open to residents of Queensland and New South Wales, Australia aged 18 years or over. 
2. Employees of the Promoter and Affiliate Partners are not eligible to enter. 
3. Entrants must provide valid and accurate information when entering the promotion. 
4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of entrants. 

3. Promotional Period 

The promotion commences on 9 March 2026 at 12:00AM AEST and closes on 20 March 2026 at 5:00PM AEST (“Promotional Period”). 

Entries received outside this period will not be accepted. 

4. How to Enter 

To enter, eligible participants must during the Promotional Period: 

1. Visit www.mccormacks4wd.com.au/pages/mccormacks-brisbane-4x4-show; and 
2. Complete and submit the online entry form with all required details. 

Additional Conditions: 

• Entry is free. 
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. 
• Limit (1) entry per person. 
• Multiple entries may be disqualified. 
• Incomplete, indecipherable, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid. 

5. Nature of the Promotion 

This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner. 

The winner will be selected at random. 

6. Prize Details 

The total prize pool is valued at up to $6,300 AUD. 

The Prize consists of: 

• McCormacks 4WD 35L water tank + brackets 
• McCormacks 4WD Merch Pack 
• 1x Pair of Maxtrax 
• Manta Performance Exhaust $500 voucher 
• Airbag Man Portable Air Compressor 
• RV Storage Solutions Drawer System up to $2,000 
• Boss Aluminium Starlink Mini Mounting Bracket Kit 
• Clearview Accessories Expanda/Expanda XL Fridge Slide 
• 1 pair of Beast by Lightforce 3 Mode Driving Lights with Harness

(“Prize”). 

Prize Conditions: 

1. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 
2. If any Prize component becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value. 
3. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize are the responsibility of the winner unless expressly stated otherwise. 

7. Draw Details 

The draw will take place: 

• Date:  March 25 2026  
• Time: 12:00PM AEST 
• Location: Electronically via random draw software at McCormacks 4WD in Sandgate QLD  

The winner will be selected at random using an electronic random number generator or equivalent method. 

8. Winner Notification 

1. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 1 day of the draw. 
2. The winner’s name will be published on McCormacks 4WD website and announced via social media channels within 7 days of the draw. 
3. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the Prize. 

9. Unclaimed Prize 

If the Prize is not claimed within 7 days: 

• A redraw will take place on 1 April 2026 at 12:00PM AEST. 
• The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner as the original winner. 

10. Publicity and Promotional Participation 

1. As a condition of accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Promoter and Affiliate Partners. 
2. The winner agrees to: 
3. Participate in the creation of social media content relating to the Prize and/or the promotion; 
4. Provide photographs and/or video content featuring the Prize; 
5. Attend and participate in a staged photoshoot and/or promotional event if reasonably requested by the Promoter. 
6. The winner grants the Promoter and Affiliate Partners a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, communicate and display: 
7. The winner’s name; 
8. Likeness; 
9. Image; 
10. Voice; and 
11. Any photographs, videos, testimonials or content created in connection with the Prize, 

for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes in any media (including digital, print and social media), without further compensation unless required by law. 

1. The winner acknowledges that: 
2. They will not receive additional payment for participation in promotional activities; 
3. They may not have approval rights over final promotional materials; 
4. Failure to reasonably participate in requested promotional activity may result in forfeiture of the Prize at the Promoter’s discretion. 
5. If the winner is unable or unwilling to participate in required promotional activity, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner, subject to applicable laws. 

11. Privacy and Data Sharing 

1. By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the collection of their personal information by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the promotion. 
2. Entrants acknowledge and agree that their personal information (including name, email address, phone number, and postcode) will be shared with the Affiliate Partners listed in Section 1 for marketing and promotional purposes. 
3. Affiliate Partners may contact entrants with marketing communications. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time in accordance with the relevant organisation’s privacy policy. 
4. Personal information will be handled in accordance with: 
5. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at www.mccormacks4wd.com.au; and 
6. The privacy policies of the Affiliate Partners. 

12. Limitation of Liability 

To the extent permitted by law: 

1. The Promoter and Affiliate Partners are not responsible for technical difficulties, lost or delayed entries, or errors in the administration of the promotion. 
2. The Promoter and Affiliate Partners are not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with participation in the promotion or acceptance of the Prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). 

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 

13. Social Media Disclaimer 

If promoted via social media platforms: 

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform. Entrants release those platforms from any liability associated with this promotion. 

14. General 

1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise. 
2. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding. 
3. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland and New South Wales, Australia.
