Free Local Pick-Up: Free local pick-up is available. Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you by email with collection details.
Shipping & Dispatch: All orders are dispatched from the McCormacks 4WD headquarters in Sandgate, QLD.
Some products may need to be ordered in. If this applies to your purchase, you’ll receive an email update once your order has been processed and again when it has been dispatched with the courier.
Commercial Deliveries: If your order is being delivered to a commercial address, please include the business name in the “Company Name” field at checkout to avoid delivery delays.
Heavy Items (Over 25kg): Items weighing more than 25kg must be delivered to a commercial address or a local freight depot for collection. If you’re unsure of the best depot location, our team is happy to assist with arrangements.
